Failed to build trunk

I'm using trunk r539, it failed to build with the following error:

making macruby make: *** No rule to make target configure.in', needed by configure'. Stop.

As Jordan suggests on the list, did you try to run rake instead of make?

Also, you may want to start with a fresh copy of trunk. It looks like you still have the old Makefile in your copy.
